A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

Misty Forest Reflection

Hello! My name is Jenn. I am a New Hampshire and Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LMHC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I am also an experienced provider who is Certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM).

Since 2004, I have traveled throughout the country and the state of New Hampshire providing counseling and consultation services to federal, state, and local organizations, as well as individuals, families, and communities. In addition to my private practice, I served as the New Hampshire Disaster Behavioral Health Coordinator for 10 years. I also formerly served as a Crisis Counseling Program Manager for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Throughout my career, I have provided support, training, and consultation to multiple NH State Agencies including the Department of Justice and Attorney General's Office, the Judicial Branch, the Department of Health & Human Services (including multiple Divisions within the Department), the Division of Public Health Services, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Safety, as well as many partner organizations, healthcare systems, school communities, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, emergency medical services, and the NH National Guard. My professional experience is a unique integration of mental health counseling and emergency management, which has resulted in a specialization within the fields of crisis management and trauma – informed care. My experience working in public service for the state of New Hampshire and the federal government provides critical insight and understanding of public service organizational structures. I also specialize in working with first responders, service members, and their families.

Additionally, I have experience working within the community mental health system. While employed in community mental health, I specialized in providing therapy services to individuals and couples who were experiencing an array of concerns ranging from adjustment to change, life transitions, bereavement, or other everyday stressors to working with people experiencing symptoms of persistent mental illness that negatively impact daily functioning.

Life can be difficult. Support from a mental health professional can help guide you through life’s challenges and most trying times. I look forward to the opportunity to draw upon all my experience to help you reach your greatest potential.
