With You Every Step of the Way
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Maybe you're thinking that something is getting in the way of your ability to function at work or in other environments that are important to you. Therapy is a process of growth and discovery.  In sessions I promote behavioral transformation. I am confident that my skills, experience, and approach will help you to accomplish your goals.

Individual Therapy
In therapy sessions, we’ll work to identify and solve current problems, as well as to recognize ways in which thoughts and emotions affect behavior. I will help you reframe your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I provide a comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment that helps guide the collaborative process of identifying therapeutic goals and objectives. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is a form of psychotherapy that is a peer-reviewed, evidenced-based treatment for psychological trauma and other mental health problems including anxiety, depression, phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), performance anxiety, relationship issues, grief, job related stress, pain management, and many other challenges. ART utilizes strategies including bilateral stimulation through rapid eye movements to facilitate healing and achieve benefits rapidly, generally within 1-5 sessions (RCRR, 2020).
